The Encore Project is built around a developed mentorship framework exploring the challenges that come with building a life and career as an artist, from identity and self-worth to confidence, rejection, comparison, perfectionism, boundaries, and beyond.

Over four private 60-minute sessions, your 1:1 mentorship draws from this framework to create an experience centered around you. Following your Artist to Artist session, we’ll identify the areas where you could use the most support and build a personalized mentorship plan using Encore’s guided conversations, exercises, journal work, projects, and practical tools.

You’ll know what we’re working toward and why, while still having the flexibility for our work to evolve as you do.

Your next step is yours. Your mentorship should be, too.

Continue into 1:1 Mentorship within 7 days of your Artist to Artist session, and your $150 session fee will be applied toward your $750 mentorship tuition.

STEP & REPEAT

The work doesn’t end when your mentorship does. The Encore Project is always a place to come back to.

Step & Repeat offers individual 1:1 mentorship sessions for returning Encore artists who have completed a mentorship package.

Whether you’re navigating a new challenge or transition, noticing old patterns resurfacing, or simply need a thoughtful check-in, Step & Repeat gives you space to reconnect, recalibrate, and continue the work we’ve already begun—without starting over.
